GLOW is a three-component preparation: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4.

Molecular target

Three separate mechanisms in one vial. GHK-Cu acts through its copper complex, BPC-157 through growth-factor signalling, and TB-500 by binding G-actin.

Signalling pathway

TB-500 sequesters actin monomers and is studied in cytoskeletal dynamics and cell migration. The GHK-Cu and BPC-157 pathways are described on their own product entries.

Research context

Combination preparations are used where several signalling arms are examined in parallel. Interactions between the components have not been characterised, and the blend has not been studied as a single entity.
