Are these products safe for human use?

No. Every product Isla Longevity supplies is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research only — never for human or veterinary use, consumption, or injection. Products must be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory environment.

How fast is shipping?

Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our US facility. Tracking is provided on every order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer fast worldwide shipping. Delivery times and any import requirements vary by destination; tracking is provided on every shipment.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is independently analysed by Janoshik Analytical for identity and purity, and the certificates of analysis are published openly on our COAs page — not hidden behind a request form.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with secure online payment options. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.

Can I return an order?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details are set out on our Refund Policy page.

Do you supply bacteriostatic water and syringes?

Bacteriostatic water is available separately on our shop for laboratory reconstitution. Syringes are not included — researchers should source these through their standard laboratory supplier.

How should compounds be stored?

Store lyophilised powder cool, dry and away from direct light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2–8°C and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to preserve integrity.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster, but it isn’t required to purchase.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view order status any time from your account area.
