By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer who understands the intended non-human, research-only purpose of these materials.

Isla Longevity is a supplier of research chemicals. We are not a compounding pharmacy and not a 503A or 503B facility, and we make no representations that our products are suitable for any use other than laboratory research.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of these materials comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Title and responsibility for lawful use pass to you upon delivery.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended misuse or a breach of these terms.

A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price.

Orders are dispatched from the United States, typically within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For international shipments, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and compliance with your local import regulations.

Because of the nature of research materials, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in their original condition, and only where a request is made within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

Batches are independently tested and certificates are published for transparency.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isla Longevity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of our products or from any use inconsistent with their research-only purpose.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
