What Is KLOW? A Four-Component Research Preparation

KLOW combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in one vial. Components, the added NF-kappaB arm, and the interpretive limits of blends.

KLOW is a four-component preparation: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. It is the GLOW combination with KPV added.

What KPV adds

KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, studied for NF-kappaB-associated anti-inflammatory signalling and notably active at least partly independent of melanocortin receptors. Full detail in our KPV guide.

Its inclusion adds an inflammatory-signalling arm to a combination otherwise centred on matrix, angiogenic and actin-dynamic mechanisms.

Four mechanisms, one vial

The same interpretive caution applies as with any blend, more so with four components. Each acts through a different route; all four are documented individually. The combination itself has not been characterised as a single pharmacological entity, and interactions between components are not described.

Useful where multiple signalling arms are examined together. Not appropriate where an effect needs attributing to a specific mechanism.

Supplied lyophilised. See our reconstitution protocol for handling technique and diluent selection.

Every batch ships with a third-party certificate of analysis. View KLOW and its current COA.
