All sales are final.
No returns or refunds.
Exceptions:
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours.
Customer must provide:
● Order number
● Photos
If approved, a replacement will be sent
Non-refundable cases:
● Opened or used products
● Incorrect address provided
● Change of mind
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We may refuse or cancel any order at any time.
